The Quality Assurance department was created in May 2018 when Allen joined the APSI team. Since then, the Quality department has been extremely successful and the team has expanded to three members. Allen is now joined by David and, most recently, Lynn. All three team members have very different backgrounds and so each brings something different to the team.
Allen brings a wealth of experience to the department having spent a number of years working as a Senior Process and Quality Analyst in one of Irelands largest outsource call centers. Prior to this Allen completed two degrees, Exercise and Health Studies and previously Psychology. Outside of work Allen has a keen interest in fitness, particularly powerlifting and is a keen animal rights supporter.
David began his working life with a Degree in Zoology. He then began working in a turtle and dolphin charity which is where he got his first taste of Marketing. Since then David has completed a Masters in Marketing. David has now been with Agora for almost a year, spending 9 months in Marketing before joining the Quality department. David is a self-confessed long-suffering Tottenham Hotspurs fan and bandwagon Waterford FC fan.
Lynn originally completed a degree in Business and HR before going on to become a Secondary School teacher. Since then Lynn has worked in the IT industry. Lynn’s previous role included working as a Helpdesk Dispatcher and in a Quality department overseeing the implementation of ISO standards. Lynn’s relationship with Agora began when working as Triage Coordinator for APSI. In her free time, Lynn enjoys reading and baking.
