What is The Agora?
The Agora is a network for more than 20 publishing and media outlets worldwide, and the only one of its kind.
The value that an Agora company offers its customers resides in the quality of its ideas – the unique perspective, the analysis, and the advice. This year alone The Agora Companies produced and marketed over 300 publications reaching more than 4 million readers around the globe. And this figure will only continue to grow.
As its global footprint expands, the companies within evolve. Naturally, their support needs shift and alter accordingly. APSI was created in 2015 to provide world-class system support to affiliates within The Agora thus ensuring that these businesses can continue to deliver their products to customers with the utmost ease and precision.
Meet The Team
Tony is a management graduate of W.I.T. and moved to APSI in March 2017, bringing with him extensive experience in managing and motivating busy service teams. Always taking a client-centric approach, Tony focuses on the needs of our affiliates whilst also keeping the success of APSI in mind.
Paul has been with APSI since May 2015. Setting up the L&D department, he thrives in providing quality training to our businesses all over the world, as well as being dedicated to those new to APSI. Paul’s strengths lie in his ability to design and deliver high quality training material.
Senior IRIS Consultant
Joining in August 2017, Jakub comes with many years’ technical experience as an IT field service engineer as well as some very strong software development skills. Troubleshooting and coding are Jakub’s strengths.
Senior Advantage Consultant
Cathy joined the team in June 2017 and comes with many years’ programming experience. Cathy has run her own web-based business so as well as her coding and development talents, she also has very strong marketing and customer relations skills which is clearly evident in her daily work.
Bruno joined APSI in December 2015. His passion is Systems Training and he loves the challenge of dealing with multi-cultural audiences, from all over the world and promoting APSI’s best practices when it comes to our suite of systems.
Marketing Intelligence Account Manager
Stephen joined the team in March 2018. He has worked for AOL/TalkTalk, Microsoft, McDonald’s, Bank of New Zealand, and Rakuten Marketing. Stephen is passionate about exploring the unknown. Whether trekking another country or tackling a customer’s inquiry, he can develop a solution to any problem.
Allen joined in May 2018. Having spent numerous years as a Senior Process and Quality Analyst in Eishtec, Allen prides himself on listening to hear, understanding the detail, and striking a welcoming tone in all his responses, which is probably why he’s also an avid proponent of dog welfare.
French Junior Consultant
Antoinette joined our team in March 2018, complimenting the consultant team with a specialization in French business. Most recently, she worked as a study and development engineer for AUSY and a project manager for Armor Meca. Antoinette loves to solve problems, tackling new projects with ease.
Adrian joined the team in December 2017 and brings very strong technical troubleshooting experience with him. Excelling in his previous role as a technical script writer, Adrian’s organisational skills and eye for efficiency are finely tuned.
Ian joined the team with Adrian in December 2017. In his previous life as an independent games designer, Ian developed very strong coding skills as well as an extraordinary attention to detail which he brings to his day-to-day work on the APSI team.
Training Course Developer
Joining the training team in September 2017, Evan’s role has been created to help develop top quality courses for our businesses, centred around the use of our applications. An avid Man United fan, Evan also loves to play the guitar and is a Video Game enthusiast in his spare time.
Barry joined in January 2018, further defining the team as a detail-oriented powerhouse. After three years as a developer and eight as a real-time analyst, he prides himself on detecting and removing bugs in code. He’s a true investigator, finding the root of a problem and sourcing it out!
Joining in January 2018, Caolan prides himself on having strong focus and a knack for problem solving. He has worked as a SharePoint/.Net Web Developer and Business Analyst. By day, he designs, codes, and analyses user-interface; by night, he applies that same attention to detail to martial arts.
Brigid joined in March 2018 with experience in customer service and IT security. She began her career with AOL, then spent time honing her customer service and business analyst skills in Sun Life Financial. After a career break, Brigid is back with a knack for seeing the big picture in business.
